I can't know for sure what the usage instructions are yet. I can say that, as I stated previously, 2-4 hours a day is the likely limit. That may change when I have more chance to focus on figuring that out specifically, but that's what it looks like right now. Right now, 4+ hours of the prototype knocks me out with exhaustion for the day, and 2+ hours of continuous exposure is overload for state shifting.
