you're good to run it immediately after AM6, with no break. it's a good transition because of the SM3 lead in. I didn't take any sort of break when i switched between the two.
but if you wanted to take a break, i don't see why not.
i think it's preferrable to run SM3 immediately because AM6 programming continues to execute even after you finish the program.
