i think its from degeneration and inactivity or from the brain trying to shut them down further with katabolic hormones
but from my knowledge this happened only to guys who used 10+ years with insane dosages like athletes and stuff like this
there are still more non roid user who get testical cancer than roid users so it doesnt really matter
