Only if you have a deep fear of/resistance to success which prevents Side B from working (run B side first!) should you purchase Side A and run it according to the instructions for at least 3 months. Only if both programs fail and you have used them for at least 3 months each according to the instructions will you be eligible for a refund.

From what you have written in your journal you believe that the old H&C is way less powerful than the new FRM, and that H&C has pretty much completely failed to deliver on what is was supposed to do. That seems to contradict the return policy up there - why make us invest another 3 months on program version A, if you say that H&C failed.

H&C is not a failure for healing and clearing. It is an inadequate approach to removing fear. The fear and what it causes can damage people, and result in the need for H&C. I have tried to design the FRM such that fear is removed, and the previous damage is erased also. I don't know if that will be the outcome just yet.

So for removing fear H&C failed. Fear is too complex and too self regenerating to approach and remove that way. But H&C still has value in other directions.

If you want a refund, you will be eligible after 3 months of use from the start of using Version 1 of USLM, as I originally asked; not "another 3 months".

Sunday is my day of enforced rest, yes. This day is set up so that I am unable to work on subs so I don't burn out. I do have a little time in the morning where I can answer questions on the forums, and if I am not exhausted, I sometimes do that. After this I'll probably be observing the results people are seeing from the FRM as I can access my phone.

Is it possible for the subconscious to only partially execute the FRM?
2 examples:
A - A specific fear is only reduced but not removed completely.
B - Only some fears related to the subliminal goal are removed while others still remain

Are both (A) and (B) possible?

Following from the previous question, is the FRM expected to give a binary result - complete stonewalling or complete execution?

One more thing, I remember there was a post where you mentioned that you would never try to remove someones free will (or something along these lines).

That being said, I think it would be fair play to phrase the subliminal script in such a way as to limit the subconscious to 2 possible choices - stonewall the script or completely execute the script.

If FRM is executed, then it is not possible for those outcomes to result.

No. FRM is expected to give a monopolar result: complete execution. This may take time, as there are some important adjustments that are being made by it. But that should be the only possible outcome, as long as there is no hidden "gotcha" I have yet to encounter.

Why give the option of stonewall? Why not create a situation in which the subconscious chooses to execute every time?

How detailed should these goals be when using US/LM?

For example would a goal of having a beautiful girlfriend inside and out be enough or does one need to get much more specific?

Also does these goals need action steps or is these goals more of a 'I want to manifest this' and then letting US/LM bring it about?

Cataleya shared this in Jake2015's UMOP thread, and I listened to about 80 minutes of it today (it's just short of 2 hours total). This guy has a PhD in sleep sciences, and I found him very easy to listen to.

I read only a couple of USLM threads today, but one or 2 spoke of active dreaming while awake. The speaker in this video shares how our brains build a backup of dreaming needs, and if not satisfied, it will push them into our conscious awareness; thus vivid daydreaming. I've experienced this myself with high power subs from IML.

I came home early today for one reason. I need some sleep. My anger and general unsatisfaction are results of me getting by regularly with only 6 hours sleep. This guys says doing even that makes us 10 years older in testosterone production. In other words, without sleep, I feel, look, and even act 10 years older than I am. Nope. Dropping soon here.

Edit: I've been listening to the rest of the video. At 1:52, he points to dieting. He says "the body gets stingy when giving up fat when it's underslept"
