Detox the universe?

No, the universe is detoxing the sub that Shannon scripted being toxic. It´s one of those Shannon´s little experiments...to use the sub as a test subject to see how the universe does detoxing. Those who purchase the sub pays for being able to observe the process, for what it´s worth.

For those who are wondering about Magnus Engine, this is from the glossary...

Magnus Engine: A group of THREE different major technology modules (of which the Advanced Amplification Engine is Part 1), which act as a group to make the programs in which it is found much more powerful and effective. As of DMSI, Part 2 was introduced to the skeleton script. DMSI 3.4 is the planned release for introducing Part 3.

Yup. It was THREE part. But now it has the fourth part.

Keep in mind, Part 3 has not been added. It is so complex that I haven't found a way to include it without making the script vastly more long and complex than I can find a way to do at this point. That is why I completed the Magnus Engine with Part 4, which is (by comparative) a work of art in it's simplicity and configurability, and even more powerful than Part 3.

So does this mean dmsi 3.4 is in the near future?

Arousal isn't the problem. It's there, or you wouldn't be getting those responses in those situations. What we need is either disinhibition or fear removal for the affected.

Do you feel this is something that can be resolved with simply running this current version? Or, is another version needed to do this? If so, what do we do with this version until that one comes out? If it's true that another version is needed to actually do that, it seems this program may be at a brick wall. Often, I've spoken of not seeing any "clear" signs the sub is truly "causing me to be sexually attractive and making girls I find sexually attractive aggressively pursue me to have sex purely because I find them sexually attractive, and to the degree I do..." as I've heard is the purpose of the program. I admit...I still have real doubts that will ever come to be, especially when I think of several girls around me that were drivers for me signing on for this program. The thought of them wanting me as much as I want/wanted them, or more so, doesn't seem realistic at all to me, and still seems just as far away as before. I think I've largely given up on most of, if not all of them, at this point to be honest. Just seems way too farfetched and there's been no forward momentum to spur optimism onward. I tried to get some meetups going with 3 of them, 1 seems to be seeing someone now, two ignored the messages even though they were very cordial beforehand and even one was seemingly flirting. Makes no sense, typical 180 out of nowhere I've long been used to in my life, extremely rude behaviour from them, but it's very typical it seems. Just don't seem to have the "bad boy value" or whatever it is that makes them actually value you and respect you, otherwise you're ignored or looked down on for some reason, despite having this program. Anyway, it's obvious to me I'll need to see the design goal thing first hand, in reality, actually occur, with zero doubt.

In so many words, I seem to have been describing this phenomenon over time. This "almost, but not really" situation, where you think there might be something unusual happen, but then it goes away or changes quick or whatever. And there's zero momentum with it, so nothing ACTUALLY happens in the end. It's really just optimistic theory/fantasy, apparently. The next time you interact with a girl for example, she's weird or cold, awkward, distant, or doesn't reply to messages for no reason at all, ignorant, etc. etc. Complete 180. And you did absolutely NOTHING wrong, or creepy, or whatever, so there's zero basis for such treatment. Deeply confusing and demoralising over time, and likely seeds further resentment/anger towards them etc. And makes it easy to question whether or not anything is TRULY going on. And that you may have blown it up to be something when it wasn't, since you WANTED it to be something. Seems like maybe there is a brick wall, almost like she's like "wait...THIS isn't my type" or whatever, and it's ruined. Bottom line, I just never feel respected as actually a sexy option in their view. Still seem to be an afterthought, if that for some reason, there doesn't seem to be any lasting impact, tangibly. Still just the funny/nice/charming guy, that doesn't seem to have any sexual attraction and zero chasing taking place or sexual overtures...and I still don't buy that very attractive women will aggressively chase a guy for sex unless he's a bad boy, rich, or famous, or extremely attractive physically. Those instances are the only times I've seen hot girls act thirsty, otherwise, they're drowning in choice, why would they bother? And they tend to look down on other men that don't fit that bill, making it seem even more unfeasible. Makes it hard to really get behind the program's goal to be honest. I'll need to see it first hand, to truly believe I guess. We'll see...

I'm simply wondering if a new version will be needed to break through this annoyance/brick wall. I feel it is, but was just curious. Looking forward to a new version, hopefully it's very soon. I get the sense it'll just be spinning wheels, otherwise.

Let's be honest, who doesn't want to have sex?? I think Shannon hit a home run when he added a module to improve your love life to LTU 5.0. Note the words "love life" instead of "sex life". It can improve your sex life, but it will only do so as a function of improving your love life.

I guess what I'm asking is, do you want a "love life" or do you want a "sex life"?
(I don't really expect you to answer, just thought I'd give you something to ponder.)

Heck, it even has me wondering about what I really want after I achieve my goals with USLM!!

That is a great question. Not just for CatMan, but for all of us. Especially for those who have been a (very)long time on DMSI without notable success. Doesn´t mean you can´t have both, but might be very well worth to contemplate on which one (if any of those) you put emphasis on, at this point in your life.

Indeed!! It is a question for everyone whether or not you use DMSI or use LTU 5.0.

@Shannon I did have one question Shannon if you don't mind. It was in regards to one of the upgrades that is suppose to be about "choosing happiness" instead of something else (whether out of habit or another reason, etc). I was wondering does this take in account Long term Happiness vs Short term Happiness? I know another reason why lots of people get no where in life is because they aren't able to defer instant gratification for long term gratification. A person for example will keep on playing a video game to get instant gratification (and that short term dopamine hit) than say working on their studies to further their career which would actually make them happy in the long term.

I did see you put in something about developing and improving patience. So you might have already thought of this but I thought I would ask just for clarification if you took this all into account.

The way I have it phrased, that should be covered, but it never hurts to double check. I am still early enough in the build process to make corrections if need be. I don't think it will need adjustment, but why not check again, right?

this is pretty important for me. Delayed gratification seems a lot bit harder when i'm just happy and in the moment.

I just noticed that when I consciously try to imagine something, I only imagine good things happening. Outcomes that will always favour me in whatever I am trying to imagine.

If I am imagining without being conscious, however, some of the old patterns of negative imaginations will still be there but not that much. I've therefore decided to sit and consciously imagine things I want to happen for at-least 15-30 mins a day.

And I dont have to do much, all I do is sit there and tell myself to 'imagine' and observe what comes up.
