The instructions say to never expose anyone under 18 yo, and for some programs also to never expose females. For most programs, either I don't want to expose her or she doesn't want to be exposed. (I might try to convince her of OGSF but that another story...)
A 6G program with DRS is about 2h 20min of continous play time.
How am I supposed to get that much "me time" alone every day to listen to the US track(s)? And where, would I just take the car and start driving around?
And it'd get even more impossible when travelling, staying at relatives or in hotels abroad.
What I can do is simply put on my headphones / plugs and listen away when I go to sleep (usually next to my wife). Then I can also have the program processing at night. I also like the noise and sound isolation for sleeping.
There also my aversion to the US track. 10 years ago I used to hear it loudly at get tinnitus from it. Now I don't hear it at all and its not easy to believe I'd still be able to process the messaging in it. I actually tested listening to OSC's US track for 3 nights last week (in a separate room at 3AM) but I switched back because I felt like I was losing results. Could've been only my perception, hard to tell. I am planning to try again it when switch to OGSF next as its only 10 minutes, low volume, and its usually easy to notice the new effects when switching to a new program. If I don't notice anything after 1 full cycle of US, I'll likely switch back to headphones.
I am expecting a lot of people who started off having trouble with ultrasonic to stop having that trouble in 6G because I currently am of the belief that in a lot of cases, it's not the ultrasonic itself that's the issue, it's the type of resistance to the program that is trying to make the ultrasonic uncomfortable so you'll stop using it. 6G should be able to get past that resistance pretty quickly in most cases.
OSC cannot be used for just 3 nights and you get great results. In some cases, you will end up going through waves of response that may look like lessening results, when what's actually happening is that you're doing internal work that needs to be done before you can see external results.
The first week on OSC for me, the first four days went from Okay to bad to worse to I was losing it by the 4th day, and then whatever was being worked on was broken through and I was fine after that. Different people respond differently according to their age, personality type, specific blockages, etc. The response is what works for you to work through the instructions and the issues. Sometimes that is internal, and it looks like nothing is happening. You need to keep going.
As to when you use the programs, I'm not sure what to tell you, but I can tell you that it's very easy to overvolume or undervolume ultrasonic on headphones and it's very hard to figure out an accurate volume for headphones because some of them introduce a 2nd, even 3rd and 4th volume adjustment. So using headphones is going to require you to be extremely careful and find the right volume, because I can't simply calculate that for you and be sure it's accurate.
