If it is possible, or rather probable, I wonder if directing the subconscious to access/integrate the experiences of the "most sexually successful" version(s) of yourself with relevant experiences, could streamline the process somehow? That could include alternate selves, past-lives, future selves, etc., might be a useful idea in general.

That has already been considered for this title, but it's not useful for the scope of what this title is supposed to do, given the limitations of what you're suggesting I use and access.  These ideas are more useful for a more advanced and complex title than X4A-1600.  But yes, this has been considered.
