Do not do it whilst using the sub. EMDR is strong and could DELETE some of the progress you make with OGFS.
Do it prior with a professional, also avoid using it for anything related to sexual arousal, it will decrease it majorly or lose it all together.
Or do it after you have bloomed enough after stopping sub use.
