@Shannon I wanted to ask, what is the policy on posting things that might be considered "self-promotion"? For instance a youtube channel that's geared towards self-improvement? I saw in the forum rules, "no advertising", but do seem to remember awhile ago someone was posting their own channel for something similar.

We don't want people advertising commercial activities here. The IML forum isn't a place to advertise for other companies, and especially other mind programming/subliminals companies.  So if you're trying to link to something that does that, it's a no-go.

Otherwise, I don't see an issue with it, as long as the content does not violate any of our rules for the forum.  We don't want the forum used to link to anything that promotes violence, racism, sexism, flames, politics, etc. And since we can't spend time monitoring things off the website in most cases, we generally prefer that people do not do that.  You can get special permission if you request it through the back end, we review the content and it is then posted in an appropriate place on the forum.

However, we do not guarantee that we have the time or resources to do such review, or do it in a timely manner.

When Shannon says the back end he just means emailing the store, you can do that either with the email under contact us down the bottom of the forum or the contact form on the main site.

If it's forum stuff you can pm me, stuff around orders or downloads it's best to email the store as with pm's I can sometimes forget since the notice disappears when I read it. If it's in the email inbox it's there for me to see when I look at the emails if it's something I need to check with Shannon so can't answer it straight away.

I started my second run of USLM v4.2 last Sunday and I have completed my first 5 days of listening.  I can't remember if I was affected in the same way on my first run, but so far I have noticed that the DRS in USLM v4.2 seems to be canceling out the effects of my morning coffee.  I have to get up early every morning and I like the effects of coffee on my brain and body in the AM.  Since the DRS prevents these effects (or at least seems to) is it possible to get the USLM v4.2 WITHOUT the DRS ?  

I got USLM v4.2 as a free upgrade since I previously purchased v4, but I would be willing to pay for a new version without the DRS.  Shannon, is this possible ?  If not, I will probably go back to using USLM v3, which has always given me great results.

I'm not sure why you would equate the Directional Reflection Shield with cancellation of caffeine.  The issue here is almost certainly the module that causes your body to override chemically induced state shifting in order to put you in, and keep you in, the ideal state of awareness in which to achieve the goals of the program.  I can't rebuild it without that.  Your best bet is going to be to try waiting until an hour or two after you've had your morning coffee to play the program, instead of playing it at night.

Hi Shannon and thanks for your reply. I noticed that I have been feeling mentally and physically sluggish ever sine I started the USLM v4.2. It is not the same kind of tired that I got before from the subs. This is my first sub with a DRS. I did use USLM v4.2 briefly last year, but I had so much chaos going on in my life at the time, that it is hard for me to remember if I got sluggish from it, or if I was just going on adrenaline for a lot of that time. I looked at the DRS description page for clarification :

Recreational drug use, as well as drugs that are not typically thought of as being drugs (caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, etc.) will be affected and you may find they become significantly less enjoyable. This may also affect natural substances/supplements that shift state.

I don't smoke or drink very much, so I wasn't concerned with that. However, I am NOT a morning person and I do find coffee to be very helpful in the morning. I only drink 1 cup and I usually feel really good after that. This past week, I have been feeling like I am just drinking water instead of coffee. I have tried playing the sub at different times of the day and it has not made any difference. My gut feels different too, and I feel like I am not getting the usual amount of energy after taking my vitamins.

I know that you originally had planned to have the DRS be an add-on sub that one could use with another sub. If it is going to be included in all the new subs, I am not sure that I will want to use them. I really wish we had the option of using it strictly as an add-on. Maybe my system is more sensitive than others, but it's taking away from my normally great energy, and that is not how I want to feel.

I am going to re-run USLM v3 again. For me, it has been the absolute best sub I have ever used.

To be clear, what you're talking about is not the Directional Reflection Shield (DRS).  I thought it was the state shifting override module, but sluggishness like you describe isn't going to be explained entirely by the state shifting override module.  That sounds like resistance.

UMS V2 will be pretty interesting, I wouldn't recommend releasing it stage by stage. I personally like it more when it is all the same generation and no rush on the producers side. Just take your time and work on it when it is the right timing. I'm ok when it comes out between now and fall time.

I would take OF V3 being six hours. E4 is currently 8 hours per day. But I agree six hours or under would be good.

I am interested in overcome fear V3, V2 has been great for me and I reccomend it to anyone using it. I went from being depressed and having suicidal thoughts to going on many dates and having sex with 6 women. Doing things that normally gave me lots of anxiety. I feel like a much more improved version of myself. My anxiety is not gone completely but my fears have lowered and they don’t trigger as often or as intense as before. In the moment I have basically 0 anxiety but before an event I may have anxious thoughts still.

Not trying to rush you but I’m trying to figure out my own timeline for starting Natural song and lyric writing, do you have an estimated time frame of when UMS2 with be completed?

Sounds very intriguing

I'm taking the rest of today off to try to get some rest, but I have been playing with various ideas for branching off of the first example of what I'm planning to build and release.  I officially start working on it tomorrow.
