Happy birthday Shannon! Hope you had a great day!
Hi Shannon, I have completed my first cycle of OF 5.75.
I am tired when i wake up, i can function - it feels like when you have had very little sleep, or been smoking weed the whole night.. Its lethargic, sluggish and brain fog.. Last night it cleared up by the time night comes like 8PM - i could've worked the whole night.. Then it was tough to sleep but i got there.. So I dont want to use the word exhuasted - as i noticed some side effects from other users.. im not there.. Exhausted would mean i canty do sh!t- I mean i can.. just like an old man.. On the positive note, the last week, has been good to me.. I have had realisations, when in negative thought im like dude wtf are you thinking? Also, my happiness and smiling level is high. Just went for a coffee and i was staring the sh!t outta the waitresses eyes gave her the lets bang look until i came to and snapped outta it, its been a long time since i gave a girl those eyes.. --> these are very good results i think.. Or beginners luck as its only been one cycle - i dont know.. ?! So it brings me to my question, do i (A) follow the instructions for the days off ASRB or do i (B) just continue everyday as it appears im responding well to it.. What do you think? (side note, although not ideal.. I work from home and im my own boss so i can somehow deal with the feeling sh!tty waking up - if its lasts only a couple to few weeks.. just change my schedule if it gets worse) thanks Shannon.

Our biochemistry is influenced not only by mental and emotional interactions but also by physical, nutritional, and hormonal ones. Take care!

I think that's the best indicator whether you got an improvement Hey there, stranger! Got that done awhile back to be preventative a year or two ago, all is well there. I hear you 100%. Went the ED pill route to experiment after that visit too, they didn't affect me. That's how I pinned it down to something else. Looking forward to a new IYPS, but this PIED thing is a PITA and I wonder at times if it'll hold me back from interactions with girls, seems to be taking awhile to fix. All the best to you, man!

Once again, thank you all for the birthday wishes. It feels lopsided, with everyone remembering my birthday, and only a few people remembering everyone else's.

Go at least 2 ASRB2 cycles that way before you even think about trying something else. I suggest that if you try something else, it would be to shorten the days off by 1 instead of eliminate them, and to use it in the moment as needed. You're welcome.

I will be building the next stage when I get home, and then DMSI 3.3.3, which will require 1-2 months. During that time, I'll be extracting what I can from LTU6 to build and sell to keep us financed. Then I have to build UMS2, which will require about the same amount of time as LTU6 did - about 3-4 months total. After that I'm not going to be discussing what I am working on. I'm going to work on what I think is the best option, and do it without announcing it until either a short time before release, or when I release the sub. So the answer here is... we shall see. Soon is also relative. OGSF is a big change from OF this next time.

What I mean is that will LTU6, it’s extractions, DMSI and UMS2 be built in a round robin style or in a kind of back to back style (not counting any breaks in between)?

Shannon can't remember if i ever asked this before, i keep meaning to. Have you considered offering a subscription to keep the cashflow up. I expect i'll end up spending money on IML every year and if a subscription gives me access to select subs as they come out I don't mind 'preordering'.
