So its been a lot longer than I thought before starting sex magnet
and I've really been enjoying just experimenting with 'lighter' subs.
I've been on increase your penis size solo for the last month or so and am getting some great results, 1/2 inch increase.
I purchased sex magnet stages 1-3 and was thinking of starting in August but I'm gonna play it by ear. So things are a little down right now, because I twinged my back lifting a couple weeks ago, and I gave it some time to heal and was getting back into lifting but today, I sneezed really hard, and completely blew my back out, its awful, I feel like an old man lol. 1 a year ago I was squatting 500 full depth for reps of three, and two weeks a go I hurt my back squatting 135 and just went to fast,I've fallen a long way physically. now its been two weeks since I could lift at all and as of today I can barely walk. I currently don't have a doctor and will figure out a way to see one, but until then does anyone have any advice on how to heal through this kind of thing quickly, I think its a pulled muscle in my low back, or a pinched nerve or something.

That sucks. I've been there(herniated disk), and it's just the worst kind of BS. Give it time and make sure to stretch and you'll heal no problem. Stretching through the pain is what hurts, though. Especially if you pinched the sciatic nerve, but it will get better. Keep your head up.

This is good to hear, I had the foreboding sense this was the end lol. That's exactly what I think it is through my google diagnosis. It is I believe, a herniated disk that is pinching the sciatic nerve, what stretches to you recommend and how long did it talk you to heal.

I once by accident hurt my ankle and the cartridge around my ankle - for months I couldn't walk properly and was limping most of the time. Stretches were the only thing that fixed me 90% in a month or two. You might want to look into The Permanent Pain Cure book by Ming Chew, specially for back problems.

I stretched my lower back a lot. I like this exercise http://www.ab-core-and-stomach-exercises...etches.jpg However, it may take you a while to work up to that because when you first hurt yourself it's almost impossible to do things like that. It was for me at least. I could barely bend at all. So what I did to start out with was stretch my quadriceps a lot, because that relates to lower back health. In addition to that, I did a lot of hanging knee raises to build my core strength so that my lower back would have more support and be able to heal better. So, my formula pretty much was...

Stretching my legs A LOT. The more the better, whenever you have free time. I did it a lot while watching tv.

Ibuprofen was definitely my friend for the first month as well.

I used DMSO as well. I just got the pure DMSO gel and rubbed it in to my back. I think it helped immensely with inflammation and worked well with the other things I was doing. Within a few months my back was pretty much 100% again and that's saying something because it was so bad that I could barely sleep at night and every time I sneezed it nearly brought me to my knee's.

I would recommend you go to a chiropractor. If you are treating something that ends up chronic, you run the risk of your body healing in the state you've been in for the past x weeks/months/years.

For example, if you tear your shoulder muscle at the deltoid and do not surgically replace it, within a few months the muscle that could be repaired via surgery may have shrunk due to atrophy. If that happens, the person who tore the deltoid would never be able to repair his shoulder and have full range of motion again.

Now I'm not sure what happens when you let things involving back injuries alone, but I can't imagine it would be better than seeing a doctor and making sure you heal properly.

While it is worth going to a chiropractor to get an x-ray and a proper diagnosis, it can be costly to get the kind of treatment they recommend. When I went he recommended decompression which was going to cost about $10,000, I think and that was just an alternative to back surgery. The regular treatments that chiropractors offer can do very little for the pain in my experience, because I was going two times a week for a while and it didn't do much of anything. Surgery was out of the question as well, because anyone I've ever seen who has had surgery on a herniated disk has been far worse off after they've had the back surgery. My cousins husband is pretty much permanently disabled from it. I took all those things in to account when I decided there has to be a better way. It can be a difficult problem to fix. It just takes time.

My buddy's girlfriend is had 7 years training in eastern medicine and acupuncture and she was in New York for the week, and her evaluation was that it was not a herniated disk, but most likely a low back muscle tear that was putting pressure on the spine, she said my left hip was way higher than my right and that's way I kept have permanent muscle spasms, trying to realign, and nerve pain, or something like that. Anyway its crazy cause I had a dream last night where I got hit by a car and then was put back together 'stronger' than before. So hopefully they'll be some blessing in this. I'll see how I feel monday and then make the big decisions about what next. Thanks for your input guys.

Hey Raindow,
I recommend something different that not along of people know of. A practice called Feldenkrais.

My back isn't that serious, I do have a persistent problem with a muscle around my shoulderblade and alot of tightness.

I haven't stayed consistent, but when I did this for a couple of weeks, nearly all the pain in my back left and I felt alot looser all around.

It's just simple gentle movements and comparing both sides of your body basically. When you do it you may get the thought 'what the hell is this doing' but you definately notice the difference.
