I currently don't have a doctor and will figure out a way to see one, but until then does anyone have any advice on how to heal through this kind of thing quickly, I think its a pulled muscle in my low back, or a pinched nerve or something.
I once by accident hurt my ankle and the cartridge around my ankle - for months I couldn't walk properly and was limping most of the time. Stretches were the only thing that fixed me 90% in a month or two. You might want to look into The Permanent Pain Cure book by Ming Chew, specially for back problems.
