There are 30 pages of suggestions for each stage of SM 2.0. That's a lot more than 15. My policy is that nobody but me sees the scripts for my six stage programs.
And making your own isn't a very good idea either. At best, you won't have one anywhere as effective as what I offer (because it will neither be as comprehensive, or have the metascript I use), and at worst, you'll make mistakes that makes it quite possibly dangerous to use. Trust me, I have first hand experience with that from back in 2005 when I was just getting started, and I didn't balance out my self confidence program properly. Turned me into a total thoughtless, selfish a-hole for six months. I lost a girlfriend and almost lost communication with my mother too.
