Yes, just listen. If you didn't get instructions with your download, please notify the staff through the shop contact form so you can get a copy.

1. Don't listen to the ultrasonic (silent) track on headphones.
2. Headphones are best. Stereo speakers are the next best. Playing it where you can hear it also works.
3. Listen as much as you are able each day, up to 20 hours.
