Hi this is my first time using SM so i downloaded the self confidence one from the download but when i played the tracks, there were no words but i saw the scripts at the bottom. is there a way to insert the script so that it will play with the track?

ASC's script plays subliminally: You won't consciously hear it while listening to the mp3, but your subconscious will.

Yes, just listen. If you didn't get instructions with your download, please notify the staff through the shop contact form so you can get a copy.
A quick summary:
1. Don't listen to the ultrasonic (silent) track on headphones.
2. Headphones are best. Stereo speakers are the next best. Playing it where you can hear it also works.
3. Listen as much as you are able each day, up to 20 hours.
The pdf of instructions is the best source for this information, so if you don't have your copy, get one soon. Good luck!
