In my (admittedly limited) understanding you can either flex your muscles to stop the contractions, or you can somehow relax them to the effect and timing is always important. So its not just about strength, I believe. I've been testing holding a reverse kegel right when things start happening and attempting to hold the 1st involuntary spasm with limited success. Can't really practice too often if you expel stuff every time.
I do remember many times during SM3 when I went out I'd have this cloud of sex around me and I'd get exited and amplify it.. until I'd feel I "ran out", out of fuel, and then I'd just feel weak (or maybe normal).
How does one increase substance(jing)? Besides diet, I mean. Would I need to climb a mountain?
