Have you considered that she might be trying to figure out a loophole/come up with some backdoor excuse for eventually having another guy? The other more obvious possibility is she actually wants you to be exclusive to her.

I'm not saying this to try to spoil it for you, just want to make sure you've covered your bases, dotted your 'i's and crossed your 't's and such, before you proceed to add another woman to your mix because your journal shows you worked hard to get to this point.
