I've been following Warrior Diet for 4 yrs. on and off - it's something I go back to naturally even when I fall off the wagon (i.e. every Christmas). It's basically undereating (raw fruit/veggie/juice) during day, and a feast every night. It gives me amazing clarity and energy during day. I'm naturally a skinny guy, and it's impossible to put bulk on using this. But on it I feel more powerful than I did when I was spending $$$ on bulking supplements, and strength is up there.
The guy at my work is a nutritionist and he's horrified by it, as there's no scientific proof or promotion behind it. As we know, modern medicine or science (funded by corporate food lobby's) have no interest in selling you fasting diets.
