Day 15

I think my senses are getting slightly sharper. Needed to adjust brightness settings one or two percent points down. Textures seem a bit more ... textured. Hearing some more details and a bit more clearly. My sense of temperature seems to have more resolution. Those are the ones I noticed.

Day 24

Things are going well. I like how I am not confrontational while on PM. Nothing is rocking my boat, I am more emotionally unaffected by whatever drama is playing in front of me. While I kind of got a better in depth read of my environment by being a bit thin skinned (which was my baseline for decades), it was frustrating at times until I learned to tune down my sensitivity. Now, I feel like I'm geniunely getting a thicker skin as I work with PM.

Many dreams during ON days, not so much during my OFF days.

Yeah it's weird, mostly I think because it's unexpected. I expected to be aggressive, pissed off and annoyed at everyone and everything like I was on AM.

But so far atleast i'm calm, more friendly but also less annoyed by people. But i'm still seeing in the few times i've gone out that i'm giving off a subtly different 'vibe'. I'll write a bit more in my journal soon.

I was thinking about it and I do like this calmness and I prefer that than the pumped up, pissed off, I hate the world feeling. That was constant on AM, I think actually that was alot of the reason I was scared to do PM as I didn't want to be like that.

Day 29

Since my very first day I had the urge to listen to more than one loop of PM. But to get a feel for the program and to see if this urge persists, I followed the instructions. The urge persisted. And so I upped my loops at day 26 to two loops back to back at the start of a new cycle.

I still like PM very much. I don't have the urge to increase my listening time further. But I do look forward to listening to my two loops every ON day like a giddy teenager with a smile on my lips.

Day 32

Since around day 15 I noticed that I need about 1 hour more sleep per night to wake up comfortably. I think it's due to PM, but it could also be a seasonal thing.

Day 38

Changed to one loop hybrid per day ON. Since then the need for additional sleep vanished; I am back to eight hours per night. What's more, those pangs of anxious stray thoughts that tended to arise since starting PM are almost entirely gone.

Day 42

I am still optimizing my PM experience. Normally I run subliminals while falling asleep, since this is the most relaxing, impactful and hasslefree way for me. With PM I changed this routine recently to day-time listening. Mainly because it gives me a slight but noticeable energy boost after completing my loop, which is probably due to the motivational part of the script. Furthermore, getting into the groove and using this motivational boost is much easier and more fruitful this way.

Day 57

It seems with PM I reap more benefits from working out. My gains seem elevated and at the same time insights into movement and technique are deeper.

At the same time my self-discipline is slipping a bit. Ingrained habits are harder to maintain - it costs active thought and nudging myself to uphold those habits.

My dreams are weird. But I like them nonetheless. Well, at least while dreaming and shortly after waking up, since my recollection of them is fading fast after getting up.
