What track works best / do you listen to the most & when?

Mostly hybrid during the day. But used ocean surf a few times when my ears were ringing a bit.

Sometimes in the morning in bed if I have to do other things for the day.

I chose hybrid at night but occasionally I would run US during the day or during the night. Switching it up helps, especially if I wait 36 hrs to listen to my next loop session.

Hybrid in the evening before bed time. Tried to use DMSI over night for a while, but it interrupted my sleep a lot.

Hi,

so far i am using hybrid ocean at night. Sleep quality is a little bit affected but not too worse. Most of the time i didnt recognize it and wake up on track 4 (music track) to stop the player and take off the sleepphones. But with 3 loops daily and 3.5hours uninterrupted expenditure of time i didnt see any other chance for me atm.
