And I know that because the people I was dealing with on those opportunities always, without fail, specified they were not willing to move forward because of, you guessed it, Penis Enlargement.

I have wondered at this myself. But there you have it. Breast Enlargement also gets scoffed at but we have some solid proof that it works. It gets scoffed at regardless.

I think it has to do with the "scam artist" association that penis enlargement products and marketers usually have.

I'm not sure that's it, although I can see that at least in the United States there does seem to be a subtle, pervading "understanding" that "Female = good/helpless/innocent/sensitive, male = bad/unbreakable/guilty/unfeeling". That might have something to do with it.
