Currently I'm experiencing a slight headache on the right side of my head, as well as wonky sensations in the usual spots, and lots of negativity getting worked through. Other than that I'll know more later on.

Really enjoying it so far. This could take some time, but it should work really well! All I have to be is to be careful because I sometimes go on unexpected rants against people that have hurt me, haha, and it's better to do it in the safety of my own home.

I've decided I'm really tired of having to *force* myself and *push* myself to do things even though I've been holding on by the skin o' my teeth for years now. I'm really tired of it.

I mean, yeah, the angry tirades mostly occur while I'm DRSing, and wonky sensations would be indicative that certain individuals really, really do not want me healthy because they know that not only they won't be able to keep me down and control me anymore, they're gonna get theirs (and then some, lol), so - as a show of defiance - I'm totally gonna get healthy. B)

I spent a lot of time and effort making it suitably gentle.  So much so that one of my initial testers didn't think it was doing anything for the first several days.

I'm currently getting wonky sensations and a slight feeling of anxiety in damaged areas where I usually get wonky sensations. I'm also getting interested healing-related dreams. Otherwise, I'm feeling pretty spiffy.

Things are continuing to work their way through stuff. The anxiety is most probably a side-effect of FRM working overtime while the traumatized areas are being triggered through the healing process, I think. But, all in all, the process is actually *way* more comfortable than on E7 itself (or with the FRM in DMSI 5.1) due to the addition of GSF removal, I believe.

I'm running the C-PTSD protocol, BTW. While I, in fact, do not have a diagnosis of C-PTSD, following what I learned in David Shaw's "Traumatic Narcissism" book, and based on Michael Garret's "Psychotherapy for psychosis", sometimes C-PTSD can result in psychosis (that and constant psychic/energetic attacks), especially when you're being re-traumatized on purpose and are forced to disavow the reality of what's happening/being done to you in order to keep functioning (it's like repression/dissociation but slightly different, long story), which I've been through recently.
