Day 3: had sex today. She was on top, which is usually the hardest to control ejaculation. Managed to last a minute. This is an improvement from 15 seconds. The overall sex lasted 10 minutes, with foreplay, oral, some strokes here and there, but I’m talking about the non stop thrusting part where i go in and out non stop, that lasted me about 30 seconds. Feeling a bit more calm during sex. Day 3 and 15 second improvement is not bad at all!
