I think it depends on how much you have of each.
If you think of them as interdependent, the strength of each determines the outcome of OF.
If your guilt and shame are weak, the destruction of fear will cause them to fade without the support of fear to keep them alive.
If your guilt and shame are strong, they will regenerate or resurrect fear after its destruction.
