So I've figured out & manfiested a plan for me to be able to live in Medellin Year round, & only having to come back to Vancouver for short periods of time 2-3 weeks.

It's a fool proof plan ran the idea with my parents they loved it, it's guaranteed to work & it's impossible for it to not work.

It's super simple too & requires very little effort.

I would share the plan with you guys but it's the kind of idea that If I was to share it with other's then I would soon no longer be able to do it. I wish I could though because I love to help people.

The plan that I'm doing now is something that could very well last a life time, but you never know. 

I always wanted to get into stocks / crypto, I remember the first time I read a book on stocks was when I was in grade 7, it's shame I never kept studying it. My older cousin had introduced me to it at the time & gave me a book by I believe "Jim Kramer or whatever his name is. 

Now that I will have the funds it's something I will spend allot more time studying. An investing subliminal would be beautiful

Shannon, I have a question, I feel allot of brain fog, like a headache kinda feeling, & very tired. does that mean I'm listening to OF too much? I took 2 days off but I've been doing around 3-5 loops a day On my days on. I've felt this way the last 3 days & I been needing lots of naps. I also woke up from my dreams last night with intense pain and stress / tension in my jaws. That's where I usually carry tension / stress when I'm stressed out. & my neck / shoulders I usually do too, but this time it was all in my jaw. it hurt for many hours.

Imma go take another nap, it's been hard to get rest because there has been a heatwave here in Vancouver & it's too hot I don't have air conditioning. Only been able to sleep at night.

I'm personally not very impressed with Kramer's style or ability to understand, analyze or predict the disruptive stocks and tech that is going to really make you a lot of money.  His advice for the company I settled on was to buy it as soon as it had an IPO and then sell it when it started to come down again.  If I had done that I would have lost a LOT of money.  If I had bought even $1,000 worth of shares in this company when it IPO'd and then held it until today, I'd be holding a stake in this company worth around $304,000 today.  Unfortunately, I didn't discover stocks (or this company) until the company I decided to invest in had started to be noticed by the general public, but my investment has still managed to 7x since early 2020.

I'm not giving you advice, but I am going to tell you what my way of doing this is.  There are two major types of investors: those who want to get rich quick (the day traders, etc. who aren't really investing, they're gambling), and the investors, who buy a stock or an ETF and hold it for 5 to 50 years and sometimes more.

I am the kind of guy who wants to find one company, maybe two, who are great picks, and then invest in them for 10-20-30 years.  The upside to this approach is that long term investing tends to negate the volatility of short term happenings and you achieve gains even if there is a crash, and sometimes, even if you pick a dud.  The key is to do your research and understand the company you're investing in, and why they will increase in value and flourish in the future.  Disruptive technology is good for that, but also relatively risky.  I like Cathy Woods for advice in that direction.

If you want less work and less risk, I'm told investing in a REIT or an ETF is a good idea.  I don't go that path.  I look for the most disruptive tech and the best of breed within it's sector.  More risk, but more gain potential.

This stock I favor, I'll keep that to myself because I don't want you to think I'm hyping it or giving you advice.  You'll find it if you have a good brain in your head and look for the most disruptive companies and technologies.  But as to that stock, my estimate is that even if everything goes wrong for that company, it will still go up another 6x during the next 10 years.  And as best I can figure, it will most likely 18x to 24x during that time.  Some people figure it will do even better than that.  So what I do is I have a small amount automatically invested in that stock each month, and then I forget about it.  Every so often I will take a look at how the company is doing, what they're doing, what challenges they face and so forth, but so far I have seen absolutely nothing that makes me think they're not going to go a lot further than they already have.  And I got in relatively late!

So if you go for stocks, make sure you know what you need to know before you invest in a company or ETF or REIT.  Do you want to gamble with short term day/swing trading, or do you want to invest for the long term in a safe but low yield option (ETF) or a higher risk but high yield option (disruptive industries and technologies)?  Do you want to invest in dividend stocks and build up a steady monthly income that requires you to do nothing, or maybe reinvest that and get compounding interest effects?  There are a lot of great options I haven't even started to learn about also.  So learn, but keep in mind that "analysts" may or may not have their job because they have a good personality and can entertain, instead of accurately and successfully analyze, understand or make predictions.

Woke up again in the middle of the night, 4 30 am, about the same time as last night, Had a nightmare, I luckily became semi lucid for the ending of the nightmare, where I was also experiencing sleep paralysis,

It was a really grave , scary feeling that I had, but not the same type of feeling that I would have had before I used OF.

Feels like I was scared but not nearly as scared as I would have been in the past. I was able to wake up fortunately from the paralysis after a few seconds.


Another thing that I noticed which I personally believe in a DMSI TID. My entire life I had straight thick hair, that NEVER EVER curled even the slightest,

I had been cutting my hair super short like number 2 on top, skin fade on the sides when I was in colombia, & only the last month I started growing my hair out, I didn't notice this when I was there, but ever since I got back to Vancouver.

My hair has become SUPER CURLY. , I LOVE how it looks now. It gives me more character & I was never a fan of my straight hair, not that there is anything wrong with straight hair, but for me personally I look allot sexier now & adds allot more personality to my appearnce.

I truly believe this is a DMSI TID, because I really think I am much more attractive now this way.

I have only one logical explanation , that I had been using a bar of soap the entire time I was in Colombia to wash my hair, & maybe that took the oil out of my hair?? Causing it to curl? I started noticing it curl when I got back from Medellin but it's gotten even more curlier over the months since i got back.

I'm not sure if that's even a thing, I am just guessing. that's the only explanation other then DMSI I could think of.

with the combination of my new hair, & my fear reduction, the other night I saw 2 friends that I haven't seen in 7-8 months & they didn't even recognize me, I shook hands with one of them, & I found out 20 minutes later that he had thought I was another friend of his (someone that looked similar to the new me)

& another female friend that although not best friends, or part of main social group, I had spent a considerable amount of time with her last year, I saw her almost every day for 3 weeks.

So for them to literally not remember me, until I said something, was really interesting.

I honestly believe this is TID from DMSI.

I'm really loving the way I look when I look in the mirror, I started to look like my Uncle Amir, who lives in Iran, I haven't seen him since I was 10 years old, 17 years ago, He is the black sheep of the family like myself, & I really love him based off that one time I met him & lived with him for a month as a kid.

I have hair just like his now, & my mom is treating me better now I think because I made that comparison, & now she is starting to think of her brother every time she sees me, also because I've been better at expressing myself with my parents & don't have anger , even when they get mad I don't get angry.

My mom often got mad but now whenever I see her she's chill.

Had some intense dreams last night, & was finally able to get a good sleep after I went back to bed, It's raining today fortunately (we have allot of forest fires here in BC) so I was able to sleep in til 12 30. I needed it. I was exhausted, I feel better. I didn't use the subliminal last night.

I had some intense overcoming fear dreams, So I've been brainstorming the last little while & thinking about when I am going to develop video content for my new Dating/Attraction Company.

I have some fears about going on camera, & I guess just the fact that once I put it out there it's out there forever, so I want sure it's something I won't regret, a fear of looking foolish or coming across less confident than I really am due to being camera shy.

In my dream, I was recording myself making video content for the business & it was going REALLY well.

I think this dream was helping me overcome my fears of going on camera.

Which is interesting because I've come out of my comfort zone completely when it comes to my rap music, but I am hiding behind my rap alias, & I don't have to be seen yet.

That dream was much needed & a big step towards reaching my goals. I am not going to start developing video content until in Medellin, for multiple reasons, more brainstorming, better environment, also because I want overcome fear to continue to do it's thing & make sure that when the times everything is as perfect as it can be.

I guess I am trying to be controlling right now & not just rush things. I am in no rush to get this business up & going, but once I am in Medellin I plan to spend a significant amount of time writing & making video content. Developing a "following" if you will. On Facebook Private groups, & on my Youtube Channel, that I will link when the time comes.

I will also probably hire someone to video record me doing daygame approaches. I had sex with 6 women last time I was in Colombia in a span of 2 months (the last 2 months I stopped focusing on dating & purposely didn't go on any dates, because I was running out of money & because I had just got out of a relationship with my Colombian ex gf & wanted to focus on the gym)

I believe this time I will have sex with MUCH more. & I will also approach more women. I met most of the woman randomly, but didn't do many day game approaches.

I met them through the friends I made while I was there, & I met my ex on Tinder. I spent a significant amount of time focusing on my ex gf while I was there, 8 dates before we had sex. It was honestly so great waiting for sex, when it finally happened it was SOOOOO much better. It felt like I earned it & the tension building up led to better sex.

She was also the hottest woman I ever had sex with IMO physically. I really have a thing for Latinas. The way they talk & there femininity

I have one really beautiful sweet Columbiana I'm talking to now that I am planning on meeting her for the first time , I never got around to it last time.

Excited to go there, I should be there by mid-late October. & Stay for minimum 2 months but I'm going to work towards staying there indefinitely. Only coming back to Vancouver for 1-2 months in the summertime.

I still had allot of fear last time I| was there although I saw great success, Overcome fear V2 helped me do things even though I felt it. But now I am basically fearless, I would be lying if I said I have 0 fear, but it's at a point where I don't think it will affect me.

For example, for the first time in my life I've been doing approaches here in Vancouver without any anxiety. got like 8-12 women's contact info last time I went out. All of them really beautiful cool fun woman.

Unfortunately I don't have a mental connection with any of them & don't want to pursue them.

I think DMSI could also be the "surprise" subliminal.

I woke up at 2:30 AM last night, couldn't sleep for another hour n half, but when I did I ended up having a long night of dreams that had to do with my fears & overcoming fears, most of them were positive though, like me succeeding in the dream.

I had a ton of different dreams, I don't remember the specifics right now but at least 3-6 different fears of mine were dreamt about.

One of them was a former best friend of mine who is living on the streets now, he had won the lottery or something, I guess that was a fear of him dying due to his addiction & my guilt that I didn't try harder to save him (I tried for 6 months)

Another one was something to do with women, I believe I was being sexual with a woman & I remember I was being super confident & relaxed.


I forget the rest, but yeah, Overcome Fear is working, & it's working unbelievably well.

I haven't felt this level of freedom ever. Since I was a little kid perhaps.

Today was my third day off, Decided to take 3 days off instead of 2 because I felt my brain could use the rest from all the loops I had last week.

I feel great. I noticed that my OCD is really bad but that's just a sign of the program working, but on the bright side, I am cleaning allot in a healthy way, & in the past when I cooked, I would wait to finish eating before washing dishes & cleaning up, but now I am cleaning as I am cooking.

I also don't feel any negative response to having to clean, I am enjoying it or neutral.

Things are going good, just eager to get out of Vancouver. Should be in Medellin sometime within the next 30 days. Really excited.

Haven't been using any substances (even tho I have some & alcohol as well, no cravings or desire to use anything that alters my mind) & I have been eating very healthy, cooking really nice meals & eating more often ( I am bulking up right now in the gym.)
Eliminated sugar as much as I can, & I am very health conscious atm.

Again been having dreams every night that are about my fears, the specifics are boring so no point getting into the details but yeah every night I wake up in the middle of the night remembering my dreams, sometimes night mares, sometimes successes, about overcoming my fears.

never felt this before using other subliminals. Having this many dreams related to the subliminal I'm using.
