Running one loop of hybrid now. I notice the difference right away.

Did you ever run ultrasonic or did you go straight from masked to hybrid? 

I am thinking about running hybrid at some point.

@THolt I have, when I got the "you need to run loops now" while I needed my phone. I've ran ultrasonic on laptop.

How many days do you take "days on & off"?

I wonder what happens if we run Hybrid before doing 30 days on masked or Ultrasonic.
I don't feel much tiredness from 1 loop of the masked track.

I dont think people could handle it tbh, but thats my gut feeling. Masked has done some serious work.

Update: ran hybrid last night again and am taking a break now. Noticed this morning I felt heavy headed, heavy on the eyes, zombie-light. I notice my humor is top notch tho. Also, Im experiencing the tractorbeam phenomenon. Being in conversation and something subtle cant be left unnoticed. From thereout I escalate/go seduction mode.

This also kills all apprehencion fear lingering around.

Another is when being in public and a woman walks by or something happens, and a whole autopilot sequence takes place, resulting in chatting the girl up. Its icey how easy it is to get a gf lmao. Im dead serious.

So its 2 days off for now. I feel no particular urge to go out, yet all is done for today what has to be done. Tackle shit head on.

I've concluded that OFv3 seems to work best by starting small and building on its previous progress from there. If that is true, and the reports seem to indicate that it is, then Hybrid will be best used after one or both of the other formats has had some time to do its job.

Gym is work. Its what I do, its what I am. Its my forte.

Im a social butterfly. Im chatting people up, and women overtly flirt and send out sexual signals. Oh I see you,dont worry. OF is working wonders in the socialisation department.

Im clear in my vision of lifestyle. Creativity flows. Im making moves already about this without hesitation. Pure grind, or rather, alligned flow with myself, which is key. Simply do, not think, trust and be.

Im getting discounts.

I do get ticked off more easily. There is a lake of rage underneath. OF will be perfect in boundary setting. I came to realize some things the last couple of days, about myself, my subconscious, darkside whatever, that traces way back. Im actually thinking of moving places. Something better, giving myself the gift of doing so, treating myself well. Tracing back choices is something of a theme this last couple of days and its been enlightening. Making me more grounded and slligned with myself.
