I am running the Ultrasonic FLAC. I want to get everything I can out of this sub so I chose the flac.

I’ve never used flac. What app do you use to run flac?

Very good. The way you're writing sounds like you've been using it for a while, so I wonder if you mean also the previous versions or this is mainly from V4? If it's the second it sounds like it may be something interesting, like some kind of perceptive shift that makes it feel like it's been longer.

I've used every OF, at least I think I have. All the changes I've noticed so far are from OFV4. They are subtle but the combination of all of them is rather potent. I was experiencing TID from OFV4 for a while and it overpowered my MLS run. However, most of the TID came in the form of feelings and nothing too concrete. It was like shifting waves of intuitive sensing, but now running OFV4 all the feelings and changes are more concrete for lack of a better term. It's a little hard to describe but the changes are quick, definitive, and natural feeling. I think OFV4 will induce permanent change in me but it's a little early to say that it will just yet. I can feel V4 getting into areas of me as a person that no other version has. I feel like it's actually pushing past the fear and making it into my body. I'm not sure how to describe it but I know a lot of subs that would cause permanent physical change have been resisted. It's also getting past the fear of losing control and I am becoming comfortable with letting go of the fear-based idea of control. It is simply a lie and not even close to what control actually is, just putting up fear-based limitations and calling it control. The 2 days on V4 have been rather jam-packed full of progress and it seems that it will take some time to really process what is going on. 4 days off might not be so unagreeable.

I have been using Media Monkey on my android apps since I first started playing subliminals. It's free but you can pay $5 for the pro version. I haven't bought it but it plays FLAC and has a playlist function which is all I want from an app for playing subs.

These past few off days have been interesting and a little draining.

1st day off felt pretty good in the morning and for most of the afternoon but later in the day and into the night, I got in a bit of an irritable and kind of low emotion mood. The slight irritability was most likely due to the sub but the low emotional mood does happen to me sometimes. It wasn't as low as usual though.

Today I slept rather long, which is unusual. I haven't slept this long in quite a few years. More upbeat than usual today which is most likely due to the sub.

I personally used to dread off days as they had a degree of unpredictability as far as how I was going to feel but despite some of the issues I generally feel better, or at least not miserable. My emotional quality of life of V4 so far seems to be a little bit higher than normal.

It's also quite possible that OFv4 has cleared some big fears already or the instructions carry deeper into the off days. Off days can see the sub diminish 90% or more effectiveness in a span of 36hrs after the last day on in the cycle depending on the goals. MLS has seen an odd level of resistance from me for unknown reasons. OFv4 seems to be maintaining its level of effectiveness for much longer, or it has cleared some things for me permanently.

For me, subs have quite frequently felt like a medication that only masks the issues and doesn't really fix them. Now that's most likely due to fear and OFv4 is the first OF to do what it's doing; addressing the underlying issue..........fear.

I know it's only been 2 days on and quite frankly I'm hyper-aware of my internal state so all these minor changes are noticeable for me and maybe others aren't experiencing what I am, but they might be getting the same results but just undetectable as everyone's threshold for awareness is different. That being said I really feel like some fears have been addressed and "checked off" the list.

Body awareness is still noticeably improved but it still takes some conscious attention to be aware that I don't have to default to the uncoherent state of being in my body. Working on that.

Fatigue is still a little higher and today I will be going to bed only 2 hours later after sleeping around 12 hrs.

So far days off are stable, this is good.

So some effects are remaining on day off #3 but I can be knocked into a fearful state a little easier today.

Kind of want to skip this next day off and jump on but I'll stick to the ratio for the first few cycles and go from there.

Started getting TID between 1-2pm today. IIRC, Shannon says that TID between cycles is a sign that the time between is too long. If it happens again next cycle I'll be dropping days off to 3

Last night's run was difficult for the parts of it I was awake for. Volume might have been too low or attempted resistance is kicking in but either way,  something wasn't quite right and I'm thinking it's volume too low.

feel decent today regardless. A little tired in the morning but feel decent now.

The volume 2 nights ago was good. So As far as subs are concerned in general I may have been playing them too low for almost a year now. I just did a test with a masked subliminal at the volume I played the ultrasonic OFV4 2 nights ago and it was only reaching 60DB on my sound meter app. This is a tolerable decibel rating that I could be exposed to all night without hearing damage issues. Plus my ear isn't going to stay in the sweet spot of the headphone all night so it will be a bit quieter.

This has the possibility to improve my results.

Had a lot of dreams 2 nights ago on the sub. Yesterday was pretty good. My mood stayed stable and felt emotionally good all day.

On this sub there seems to be a bit of fear bipolar for me. Sometimes a feeling of no fear and sometimes fear feelings. Hoping it's the layers being peeled off of fear itself.

A little tired today but I didn't get as much sleep as I'd like to have had.

I'm pretty sure OFV4 caused me to "stumble" onto Eckhart Tolle's book The Power of Now. I do not know If I would have been ready for this book any earlier in my life and it's too spot on for everything I need at this point in my life. I'm on my second go-around of that book. It's been so good for me and has explained a lot.

Other than that, the days off are a lot quieter internally than last cycle so it's all good.

Isn't it interesting how you can read the same book at different points in your life and it hits differently? Enjoy re-reading it!

The insight from the power of now and OF has been a good combo for me and it's starting to assist me in being conscious of all the unconsciousness in me, most likely to fear. As the fear subsides I'm fairly certain that I'm going to have to spend some time re-integrating all the unconscious parts of me that were cut off by fear. Or maybe that will be the natural response from the removal of fear anyways.

I'm pretty sure my subconscious is giving me the green light to run OF tonight and skip the 4th night off. This is an experiment in trusting myself and what I feel. Previously, I would deviate from the recommended cycles to be as "efficient" as possible, but now I feel really solid about skipping the 4th day. Time will tell if that's the right choice but for now I'm comfortable skipping the 4th day off as that was were I had TID and when it became a bit more difficult.

Yesterday was a pretty normal day so not much to report.

Today is pretty good so far. The understanding The Power of Now is providing is proving useful in OF. Both fear and present tense living is proving to be an effective way to live so far.

No real deep insights, just feeling good.
