I don’t know tbh. Depends on what Shannon decides to make after DMSI and the lyric programs.

So I have taken some time off from OF V3,. I may run it again for a few months. It depends on what comes out in 5.8G in the coming weeks and months. I hope Universal Healing gets made. I was recently thinking about all of the areas that need healing: physical, mental, emotional, etc. It's somewhat a lengthy list.

So I started back with OF V3 last night. I opted to go with ultrasonic format. I did 5 loops (My subconscious guided me to that number).. One thing I noticed was that I slept the whole night. I didn't wake up or anything like I do sometimes. My dreams were very vivid and I noticed I am tired today as well.

I read @Shannon post about using hybrid and I think I was using it way too much. Maybe that's why my results plateaued. I will run this until the next 5.8G subs start coming out.
