Ran my loop today and felt calm and zen (like the other days). Now my three day break begins tomorrow.
I have some family drama going on. Relatives trying to start stuff and I’m not feeling as worried about it as I normally do.

Tomorrow I begin another cycle. I have noticed anxiety come to the surface but nothing major. Yesterday I felt really tired and slept close to ten hours. Apart of me is wanting to run my loops but it is not a strong desire like some others have reported. I will re-evaluate after my 14 days next Tuesday.

Yesterday I noticed I was worrying about every little thing. It was almost like an OCD kind of worry “Is this locked” “Is this turned off” etc…0

I will listen to my loop later this evening but I am wondering if 3 days off is too many for me. Maybe just 2 days off would work better. I will wait until I reach my 2 weeks on Tuesday.

It may be that fewer days off and more loops per day on is even better, but as always, one thing at a time.

Ok. After this cycle, I will reduce my time off to two days and go from there. 

I don’t really feel an urge to increase loops at the moment but that may change of course.

I listened to one loop last night and felt quite tired. I am thinking maybe reducing my days off from three to two will be a good start. If I do end up increasing my loop count, it will no more than 2. I feel like one loop is enough even on masked format.

Called out my stepmom about something.

I wouldn’t have done that before. Feel a lot more bolder. She seemed very mad. I didn’t escalate it because I was at their house and didn’t want a full blown argument.

Shortly after I completed my loop tonight, I realized how dependent I was on fear and how it prevented me from expanding my comfort zone.

So I have decided to never listen at night again. After I finished my loop, I felt that body buzz/euphoria sensation for hours. I didn’t fall asleep until like 3 in the morning. Even now I feel wired.

Emotionally I feel great. Optimistic.

Depending on the three day bloom goes, I may trim one day off next cycle. I noticed by the third day off my anxiety creeps back. Two days off may be the optimal amount of days off.

Hello Tholt you felt euphoria sensation for hours after 1 loop? It sounds like your body was enjoying the sensation and wanted to stay awake for it. Also feeling great emotionally and optimistic. The is a good place, I guess that is what fearless feels like....

Today I am considering cutting off some family members who are proving to be too toxic for me to be around. All they do is fight and bicker and start stuff. Unfortunately they all live nearby so I can’t totally avoid them but I have decide to reduced my contact.

On another note, I am considering reducing my days off from 3 to 2.

Today I began my 2 day on 2 day off cycle. I ran my loop and felt calm but also noticed fear coming up about different things in my life. Seems like OF V3 is digging up fears and insecurities. I have to remind myself not everyday is going to be peace and zen.

Also today I noticed I had some brain fog but that was before I ran my loop so IDK if it’s OF related.

So finished my loop about an hour ago. Didn’t notice anything different except for the fact that I was craving one more loop. I may run a few 2 days on 2 days off 1 loop cycles before I decide whether or not to bump it up to two loops.

Other than that it feels like the program is working on stuff underneath. Bringing up old fears and such. I do notice my sleep has improved the past couple cycles which is good. I hated not being able sleep the first cycle or so.

Had a horrible time sleeping last night which confirms that listening in the evening is not best for me.

The craving for 2 loops was definite last night in a way it hadn’t been before. I wonder if I should switch to 2 loops the next cycle or wait until a few cycles to see how 2 days on 2 days off 1 loops affects me?
