Today I ran 6 loops of the hybrid version and slept almost 12 hours. I was so tired. I think the program plus the Thanksgiving activities of the past day have wore me out.
Officially I am done with the program as I have passed the 180 day mark but I will still run it until Shannon starts releases 5.8G programs.
On a side note, It will be interesting to run programs without FRM as Shannon indicated he will do. I am glad I have ran OF for the past six months to clear out as much fear as possible before running 5.8G.
Anyways that is all for now.
I will likely make a journal post in the coming days summarizing my journey with OFV3.
