So I am about 3 weeks or so from completing my first full run through of OF V3. It's hard to believe its been almost six months. I may run OFV3 again for a few more months after I finish as I feel like there is more work that needs to be done.
Lately what I have noticed is that I get really calm listening to a couple of loops. I was stressed out about something this evening and played OF V3, now I am really calm and relaxed.
To get the most of subs like this, you have to listen for the full duration. They have a cumulative effect. The longer you listen, the better results you will get.
Anyways I am glad to see 5.8G finished. Looking forward to using it soon!
