So I felt really tired yesterday ( day 2 of break). Also when i went to sleep I felt a rush of heat. I’ve heard it reported before. It went away soon after.
Can you get a heat sensation even tho you’re running the program on that particular day?
I guess doing 4 loops a day, 2 days on, 2 days off is starting to have an impact.
