you could always use the flirt sub for at least 32 days. That is what i did and by the end of the 32 days i was flirting with almost every woman i saw. weather it was through my eyes, teasing them and any other thing that i seem to do.
If you have low confidence use absolute self confidence like spiral mentioned I think the majority of us on here started with that. Then when you feel like you need to take the next step use Alpha Male.
