I'm a man in my mid 20's who have erectile dysfunction since when I was 14. Tried everything with doctors and they found nothing. They said it's psychogenic. And considering my depressions and anxiety I think they are right but, I think it's something more deeper than this, something in my subconscious mind blocking me.

I remember when I was teen I desired to have no sexual desire towards woman. I also was ashamed to have erectile and also had many self steem issue. 

Today I have almost no libido, when I see beautiful girls or even porn I get just a little response down there.

 I know I need to see a psychotherapist, but with this corona virus thing evertyhing is closed. And if my problem is something deeper in my subconscious I don't think a simple talk would solve my problem.

So I'm considering to buy and use the Overcoming Erectile Dysfunction V3 (5g/OE – Type B/C/D Hybrid).

But I have some questions.

1- English isn't my native language, will it work on me?

2- Is there some difference in .mp3 and .flac?

3- Is this sub ultrassonic?

4- You said that we can't use ultrassonic with earbuds, so I would need to use it in my computer?

5-  I have a "exceptional high frequency hearing" and I really wanted to use it while sleeping so theres no way for me to use it while sleeping?

6- This sub also can cure PIED? Edit: I believe PIED is my problem now.

I haven't run the program you are talking about, but I have run LTU5 - which is a kind of "general" sub for improving your life - including E3 which is a healing sub. I have had problems with ED before, and for me it was a combination of anxiety and a porn-addiction. 

So I would recommend you to try a healing sub like E3 - and stop using porn if you are doing that. 

1) I have read about people who have had effects of shannons subliminals even if they didn't speak english - I'm not a native english speaker but the subliminals work on me
2) Flac is a higher quality format = better effects
3) There is 3 versions - ultrasonic, and two different masked ones
4) I use ultrasonic on my phone, it works - computer also work

To number 5, you have to test it out for yourself. A few years ago I didn't hear anything while I was playing the ultrasonic one, but back then I was a hobby musician, so a lot of loud noises that corrupted my hearing. Now when I play the ultrasonic, I can hear the difference between the audio and the silences. I don't have trouble sleeping while listening to ultrasonic, but in total I prefer masked one, the trickling stream because I became used to it since I started. It's just a nice sound to fall asleep to. When I was on a break I was missing the trickling stream for sleeping

I have stopped porn in 2018, but I still did some masturbation daily without cumming, but some people say that doing this still triggers the dopamine thing in the brain, maybe I need to stop completly. My ED is very severe I have no libido and need to stimulate my self a lot to have some erection, in this case I prefer to use a sub especifically for overcoming ED.

When you say you use the ultrasonic in your phone do you use it without earbuds right?

Why are you afraid of not having an erection? Going through the "flatline" as it's called is totally natural. It's your body resetting. And you will have to go through some anxiety to recover from it - but it will be worth it. To be honest, I still suffer from the urges to watch porn and I sometimes catch myself doing so from time to time - but as long as you are improving your current situation and getting back on the horse if you fail, you are moving forward - so just keep going.

you don't have to be religous about not masturbating - heck if you feel for doing it and need to do it from time to time - do it. But the effect from masturbating is that you often get stronger urges to watch porn afterwards - so you need to watch out for that and be ready for those effects if you want to catch yourself before you go on a binge-watch.

But keep going, you are on the right path - it takes time, patience, and some courage to meet your anxiety head on, but you will get over your ED I promise you. I can at least testify that I no longer have a problem with that - if I'm with a girl I no longer worry about it, or have any problems with it - I just enjoy the moment and everything else just happen.

1. Shannon has said it's possible that the subconscious understands other languages better than us. But I can say that from your post you shouldn't have an issue. Your english is pretty good.

2. Mp3 is the most common format and every device supports it. FLAC is higher quality and will be slightly more effective, but only certain devices can support it. If you can only use Mp3 don't worry too much, it's more important to just be consistent over time.

3. Yes, each program has several formats with the same content. Ultrasonic, ocean surf, trickling stream, hybrid on 5.5g and newer with a combination of ultrasonic and ocean surf/trickling stream.

4. You only want to use ultrasonic on speakers. With headphones it's too easy to mess up the volume as it's silent to the conscious mind. Too high may damage hearing, too low would reduce effectiveness. So we dont' recommend it.

5. What happens when you listen to ultrasonic? Maybe you might have to listen through the day using another format, though the problem is you have to listen 8+ hours to 5g.

I haven't had anyone report that issue before of not being able to listen to ultrasonic.

6. It should help with that too. I can't think of any reports on that, but Shannon may be aware of some.

Masturbating without cumming daily is a VERY serious problem. I did the same. It's called "edging". It's far more serious than just masturbating and then orgasming. Because you're bathing your brain in dopamine for a long period of time, and you don't release. Over time doing this, it's impossible to get any erection...even with drugs (I tried), and you get awful brain fog and other fun side effects...

I've experienced basically the same "story" as you. Cutting out porn is a start, cutting out ALL masturbation is what you need to do to rewire your body. After two months of zero stimulation whatsoever, am I just now finally being able to see some signs of life from my penis. I can get a short term erection now, just from some erotic thoughts about girls I know that I'm attracted to. So it's working! My journey is far from over as well. Way more healing (non-stimulation of the penis so it can wire itself back to normal finally) is needed to fix this.

This doesn't seem to be the sub you need. The sub you need is Stop Masturbating 4G. Use that, and DO NOT EDGE. EVER. Worst possible thing you can do, far worse than even masturbating.

As I said to Benjamin in PM, now I believe my problem is PIED. I stopped porn it has been a lot of time but I continued eding and fantasizing.

Doing a lot of reserachings I discoverd that edging and fantasizing can  contribue to PIED because edging stimulate a lot also fantasizing because the brains does't not knows the difference of real things or imaginated things, and whenever I imagine  something sexual I imagine somethinf from porn did you get it?

Probably it will be a long reboot since I'm doing this about 13 years.

I want some opinions about what sub I need to use. Thanks guys.

Yeah thanks. I ignored that because it's easy for me to stop masturbation. I already stopped to be honest, I don't have problem in changing habits. So that's why I wanted to use other subliminals.

I see...well I hope the addictions are truly gone, or that will just hold you back from success from any attraction-related subs. Not being able to get an erection will obviously make sex difficult or scary for your mind to even allow to happen, so fear will just block it from happening. I speak from experience on that.

If you don't want to use that sub to make sure it's gone forever first and just want to do something else, then I wish you luck on whatever other sub you use.
