The music in the videos/your own playlist of emotional songs will help you open up and get 'in the zone'. It's important to get out of your head and to feel it. I often have my sub playing quietly underneath the music though.

I've been doing NG everyday and I feel great. Last night I had an amazing session and really opened up to it.

Benefits I've noticed; I've been less worried about women in general, more solid in myself, and more masculine and real.

I've also noticed some attraction from girls, but I do my best to not get too attached to it. I'm starting to really enjoy the way it makes me feel as opposed to external results

Yeah, honestly, if you're not like a mega-PUA guy, and can dispel your notions of women and how to value/treat them, this stuff is 100% amazing. Even if I don't get instant results from it, I just feel so much more emotionally healthy in how I go about approaching women/valuing them.

My only problem is I have not been able to cry whatsoever. I've come really, really close several times, felt such a heavy, overwhelming, profound sadness--even felt my eyes begin to water, but my brain always distracts itself and starts to subconsciously steer away from whatever is bringing out the sadness as soon as I get too close to letting myself go. I can't for the life of me figure out what is holding me back, what my brain is trying to get me to release through tears, but I am hoping that once I am able to let loose, I will feel a thousand times better.

Also, is there such a thing as watching too much in a day? My first two days or so I only ran 20-30 minutes, but the last 2 or 3 days since then I've probably been watching closer to 2-3 hours. I watch in about 45-60 minute spurts and have just had so much free time on my hands that I've been sitting down and watching videos several times a day.

Here's some tips to help out.

1. When watching the videos, focus on your breathing, just like if you're meditating. Let go of thoughts completely. Silence your mind.
2. You can practice Ho’oponopono by simply watching the videos and saying (mentally): "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you."

Here's some stuff you will notice:

1. You will become egoless. This manifests in a lot of ways. For me, it was particularly difficult because I was so used to constantly comparing myself to others, and putting people down. I was very judgmental. The idea is to be completely non-judgmental. This may require you to stop watching the news altogether. I did so, and I'm never going back. It's mental poison.

2. You will see women in a drastically more healthy way. This is just great, period. You'll finally break free from this socially-created behavior. In fact, it actually becomes funny once you see how fake it is. And women L-O-V-E it when you break them out of that fake-ass behavior.

3. You start loving others and having more compassion. It becomes much easier to put yourself in other people's shoes. Very powerful and positive.

4. You will eventually stop wanting anything from other people, including women. This is why I titled this thread "The Solution to Your Women Issues". Because when you stop wanting women, is when shit will get absolutely nuts for you. Don't believe me? Ask any guy who gets into a relationship or married. They will almost always mention how women just show up out of nowhere, even though there were no women when they were single.

5. Related to above, your energy becomes absolutely intoxicating to women. They can't get enough of it. It's like your energy does all the work. I was working at a hospital 2 days ago and while working, a nurse started talking to me and eventually gave me her number. I didn't do anything. No pursuing, nothing. This is how it's supposed to be. You can still approach 60 women a night, that's fine. But when you change your energy like this, it's a fun, effortless experience. 100000x better than what PUA's advocate. (Trust me, I've been there.)

I remember trying this last year, I remember noticing much much much more East Asian women in my reality and I went to a club at the time and I had Thai women trying to grope me on the dance floor, (never ever happened before, never even saw Thai women out) unfortunately I was not attracted, quite the opposite in fact. But I realised it was not a coincidence, as all the videos for natural grounding I was watching had ALOT of Thai women in them, it was really weird...I always wondered why they where not attractive Thai females like in the videos and why they where old wrinkly sultanas Thai females. I will never know, but I got put off the idea of it after that, as I am not really into East Asian females if I honest.

If anything makes alot of sense with the recticular activation system, you get more of what you focus on...I got Thai women.

Same as when you want a certain car and you start seeing it everywhere, when it was nowhere to be seen before.

I've heard guys mention this. It didn't happen to me, but Asians are rare where I live.

The closest thing I got is that my ex-girlfriend dresses identical to one of the women in the videos. It still weirds me out.

I stopped after a couple of days due to business with work/life and fearing a possible dilution of my results with subs, but after hearing what Travis had to say I think I'm gonna try to go back to it.

Guys, I am getting really good results with this stuff. I was walking around in town today and had women staring at me wherever I went.

My voice gets deeper after I watch the videos for like 20 minutes.

The weirdness of watching these videos has gone away, and believe me, I felt like a creep watching this stuff the first couple times. The only thing is that I have not been able to cry, but my eyes got wet a few times.

I've been watching "One" by mpgamer55 on Youtube. It's really good, but I am wondering if someone else has something they'd recommend?

I've always liked the songs from SNSD (aka Girls' Generation). The songs are pretty catchy and they're exactly my type of cute

Having said that, I haven't got much results from NG. You seem to be doing really well on it tho. So, give them a shot

Hey Geodude,

Thanks for the inspiration to start to NG again. I having been getting lost in the jungles of despair with women again and need to get back on track.

My head got messed up with this one woman who flaked on me after a date and I eventually ignored her for 2 months. Ironically I met her very naturally after doing some NG sessions back then. Anyway, she's now on my FB and but the games are continuing and it keeps drawing me back into attachment trauma, fear and the sense of lack. This is the default pattern when it comes to women.

I will start doing 20 minutes NG a day and get the free approval of women from the videos as you suggest.

I will report back with how I feel and any results it brings.

Many thanks for your guidance. It feels like a lifeline out of hell.
