Finished my 2nd 5-day cycle last night
Noticed that my sleep pattern is messed up in this cycle.
Waking up feeling tired and groggy but that doesn’t impact my productivity.
Been hitting consistent PRs in the gym and am super focused at work.
I deleted tinder which was my only source to get girls. I don’t approach girls or go to bars/ clubs
Is my subconscious trying to resist?
