so I have gone through stages 4 and 5. Started stage 6 beginning of this week.

stage 4 & 5 were fairly neutral for me no real change, until I reached last week of stage 5 had a little depression nothing major. during these to stages I also stopped thinking about any changes that may or may not be taking place and just went with the flow whatever happens happens.

first week of stage 6 not really noticed any change in personal life or work. however some of the women at college seem to think I have grown in confidence even though I don't feel it. this may well be down to the fact I am getting more comfortable around other students as were like 3 months into the course now.

seems like stage 1 was the only stage so far that made me feel more confident and after stage 1 I've just taken a step back and just stayed there

If you're the type who "doesn't like to be told what to do", it is usually true that if you finish the course you'll eventually see the results showing up as you come to the point that you can enact them without feeling like you're being told to.

finished 6 months of AM

the results have been very disappointing for me. I don't feel anymore confident after 6 months.

had a boost in confidence at the beginning then went through depression and the last few stages have been very neutral with nothing major taking place.

how much time should i leave before i start using another self help product?

You didn't get any benefit from it at all?

The amount of time depends on the type of product. Are you wanting to use another subliminal? If so, in your case, I would say give it 30 days.

the only change I noticed was during stage 1 where I felt confident.

You, sir, are definitely in the minority. But give it a month and see if anything changes, and then if not, feel free to request a refund.
