So I was thinking about college and how awful my memory is at times. I'm horrible at memorization. It's part of the reason why I perform so poorly in math, I got by with a 66 average for pre-calc during high school. Since then I haven't done much math, only the core requirements for my college, and that was pretty much algebra which was a cake walk. So I decided to do something about it. I figured it was a challenge that would benefit me in the long term greatly, who wouldn't want a better memory?

That link is to a free course that I'm doing right now. So far I've managed to memorize the alphabet backwards and I can recite it at a decent speed, nothing too spectacular. But I've got a long way to go.
If you read what this guy did it really shows the powerful potential of the mind. This is like exercising your brain, but it is hard exercise.
Give the first exercise a shot at least and you will realize how out of shape your mind is.
