Title: Multiple orgasm or last as much as you want (tips needed)

Hello there.

While getting sex is not hard for me, I find being able to control my ejaculation is really hard sometimes.
And this results in many issues like premature ejac or ejaculating fast (5min)

Now this is not a very big deal at the moment because with DMSI, whenever I am with a girl for few hours, I find myself able to go again after few moment of rest while before I won't have the desire for atleast a day or half day. But with DMSI I can go up to 4 times in a half day.

The first one usually always the fastest one.

And I genuinely would like to change this.

I am confident it is possible to change this due to the following:

* last year I was able to hold my ejaculation using my pc muscle. However the urge comes even stronger after that. So I still lack the wisdom.

And yes I have limited access to porn and now I would like to completely stop. This is easy when girls around.

Long story short. I need advise from you guys who have experienced and fixed this.

Recommend books, sites, tips etc....

Note: I think the root cause of all this is porn. Since I started watching in my early teens and you know (feeling guilty and wanting to finish fast) hence the habit.

Mantak chia books should help- it teaches you to change where your 'chi' goes during sex to achieve multiple orgasms.

Has it worked for me? Yes partially, tho Im still learning.

The problem with mantak chia is he recommends so many exercises within his book that you get lost on what to do and what no to do.

Very true, it does have a lot of exercises

Some are pretty simple though, such as pressing on the 'million dollar point'

But yeah, I agree with you.'

I recently came across Taoist S**ual Kung Fu by Paul Brecher. This keeps it simple without confusion or overload. I recommend it.
Cool
No unsolicited advice please. Thank you.

Yes its a book. It takes Mantak chia stuff and simplifies it. Eg - small circulation, large circulation - all the way up to Multi or...g...asm.

I've been working on the certain breathing it mentions and its good stuff.
Cool

What's the name of the book again? I seem to find hard times finding it

It was given to me by a former housemate. Don't know where he got it. I looked high and low online. It was published privately and looks like its now out of print.
