I think it is true that we "shift dimensions" regularly every time we make a decision, consciously or not, since I believe that all options lead to different "dimensions" in which a different universe exists to accommodate that decision and it's results. The use of the word "dimension" here is loose.
I also think this is an intriguing theory, and one I cannot say I entirely disagree with. I have had experiences that could be explained by this, but there are other more probable explanations as well.
I am not interested in proving or disproving it. I'm just stating what I believe to be true, which is currently my best understanding.
