Off the top of my head:
Maximizer pushes the success and luck generation as far as possible.
Maximizer has FRM v2 in it, where magnifier didn't have a FRM.
I remember thete were a couple of other things, too, but I can't remember what they were. I'm not able to access my computer at the moment.
