Been listening to MLS now for 4 days now since 30th December. Im using my headphones and only managing 3-5hrs a day at the moment while I am waiting for my speakers to be delivered.

Im using headphones hoping for some kind of change but at the moment there is no success

While waiting for my speakers, I've been listening to MLS 5G via headphones, playing the track (trickling stream) through my mac book pro laptop.

I have a question, I've realised I enjoy playing it mm b but listening to songs on youtube and sometimes the songs are loud that I can't hear the MLS playing on iTunes - is this still okay? anyone let me know please - thanks

No, masked track must be set loud enough until you can hear it clearly. If you want to play a song (as an example) on the same source with a device that you use to play the subs, you can use ultrasonic track instead. Ultrasonic can bypass the songs. Because ultrasonic located at higher frequencies.

In other words, when you want to play the subs and play songs in the same device at the same time you can use Ultrasonic track by setting the volume at standard volume.

Unfortunately using Ultrasonic track in earbuds or headphones are not recommended because it is very risky. To use it, you have to be very careful because even though silent, the sound remains sound. If it is too loud, it will damage your hearing.

Ultrasonic can only be played on a device that is 20khz and my mac book pro isn't that, I have ordered speakers however then I will only play the subliminals from my samsung s4 phone directly out through the speakers and thus unable to play anything else - on a phone you can only play 1 thing at a time

exactly and even when i have my speakers I will only use those to play the ultrasonic for the 8hrs I'm asleep or even during the day ill try to use them to play however I know that using headphones is by far the most powerful way and I can't do that for 8hrs so thought id play using headphones whenever I can but listening to just a masked track can get boring which Is the reason for this question

I often play the masked track and at the same time play the music in the background. I can still hear it, just distracted.

Yes, I often use my Nokia mobile phone connected to the stereo speakers.

Update:

My speakers finally arrived. I set them up around my bed and made sure I slept in the centre of the mattress, but I do tend to roll over and sleep on 1 ear or another which I'm sure affects the equality of the subliminal reaching my ears.

I played silent subliminal on the speakers last night and slept for approximately 5hrs which means I listened for about 5hrs.

Prior to this I listened with headphones and averaged about 3hours with music and songs etc

Today on the day after the silent subliminal via speakers for 5hrs, I've been listening to masked through headphones for about 3-4hrs I think.

So far no change, no results nothing. I seem to be more focused on other things at the moment rather than getting down to study or I'm too tired every time I get home to study.

Your valuable insight and advice would be much appreciated, thank you

ps: I guess this means Thursday Morning 10th of December 2015 was day 1 of listening to this subliminal through the speakers at night and so I will count now from today. So first listen at night = 5hrs, plus 4hrs with headphones = 9hrs in total (I hope)

It would not reduce the effectiveness of subliminal significantly.

Thats great bro thank you in which case how soon should I notice a change in my behaviour for the better? I know MLS has stuff in it that should change my state or shift it or something yet even now while I have headphones on it hasn't done anything to my state lol I don't feel any change yet.

Give it a bit more time, though usually I wake up and notice stuff the next day it usually takes longer.

But the weird thing with me after the first day I notice all this stuff then it goes like my mind was uncomfortable with it and needs longer to really get it.

Question: How loud can I listen to masked and silent tracks?

I ask because I read somewhere here that too loud is like you're shouting to your mind, but not sure where I read that.

At the moment I have headphones on and listening to the trickling stream pretty darn loud but this helps me zone out the background life noises if any and allow me to focus on my study as well as feel that I'm benefiting from the masked track (though no change in anything noticed as yet)

Effects: None so far in terms of motivating me to study. Feelings to avoid study however are either still there or have increased. not happy about this so any advice, suggestions or motivational thoughts will help guys

I used to play ultrasonic on my Sandisk MP3 and even on the highest volume, I would not hear anything; its like I wasnt even hitting the play button; I wonder if my mp3 would have been qualified to even use US tones
