MHS 5.5G

Interesting, my nose is kind of crooked and I have no idea why. People have asked if i've had a broken nose before which I haven't.

Awesome sideeffect of MHS!

Been reading MHS journals as I want to use it myself at some stage and your's has me the most interested mainly because of my own muscle tightness that is chronic.

I don't have much to report or it's just that I don't notice anymore what's going on.

overall I couldn't run in the past due to knee injury, now I'm jogging few miles once a week - no pain in both knees during jogging and afterwards.

I train a lot, from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a day off. Seems like a have more energy during the workouts and recovery takes shorter time.

I love this sub, MHS 5.5G - I'm going to use it for the rest of this year, at least.

I'm still listening to MHS and I think I'll continue with MHS 5.5G for the next year as well.

I think that my nose is much better than before but not fully healed yet, the same goes for my knees, there is a huge improvement, but I need more time on the sub.

overall I really don't have much to report, other than that I love this sub, it helps, it works, but... it takes time to notice the permanent changes - I've been on the sub for 7 months so far. Maybe other users will need less time, it's just that I like using ONE SUBLIMINAL for a long period of time - like 1 year or 2 years or more. It gets exciting when you use one sub little bit longer.

P.s. one more thing, there has been going on a huge change internally day in day out, when it comes down to my belief system - lots of insights worth the gold

When it comes down to changing my belief system with MHS 5.5, right now I can only say that it hits my weakest points. It's been pretty challanging lately to listen to the program. Lots of burried layers of very old emotions have been brought to the surface, the ones I wasn't even aware of, coz I "created" them many years ago.

Apart form that, looks like people I live with are being affected by my aura.

One year on MHS 5.5 G

So, I've been having a really nice time listening to MHS. But it didn't help me in all the areas I thought it would. Maybe I need more time on the sub. Just to name a few examples:

- the ganglion cyst is still on my wrist - it didn't heal, I have seen no signs of healing
- the few scars I have on my arm and face didn't heal
- my nose really started to heal, but then I probably talked too much about it and I don't now why, but it stopped there, hmmm

But, don't be fooled to believe that I havn't gained anything from using this program. IT HAS BEEN AWESOME and continues to be awesome. Here is why:

- a year ago I still felt depressed, although much less compared to how I felt before using these subs - after a year on MHS I've made a TREMENDOUS progress, and I keep progressing, regaining more and more energy, becoming less depressed and less anxious. Well, maybe other subs could help me progress in this area as well, but hmm HMS works really good in my case - I believe it's because it seeks to change your belief system so that the goals of the program may be achieved more easily
- I have much more energy on workouts, trainings and such, really awesome
- I have figured out what to do in order to regain muscle balance - the cause for why my knees felt as though they've been injured,
- my back in the lumbar region no longer hurts
- my eyes got much much better, coz I released a lot of tension from my body
- I think that I eat better quality food

It's interesting how ppl around me react to me. They seem to be affected by my aura.

So, on tho the next year of MHS. Let's see what happens.

You should take some meds and be under treatment for fixing ur ganglion cyst. Believe me I had problems and with meds and MHS-5.5G my problem was gone.

heh that's actually because I had no other choice in the past but today, as I'm no longer depressed I'm thinking about doing other subs, can't actually wait to do MLS or SE 5.5 G or something else, but first I have to finish MHS

So, I decided to take a break from MHS 5.5 G. It's so funny, every time I buy a sub from SubliminalTalk I admire how awesome it is and how much it helps me in managing my day to day life. That was the case with EPRHA V1 and V2, and with MHS 5.5G and now I bought ARA 5.5 G, and... yes it's equally awesome

looks like it's the thing I need before I do SE 5.5 G and then some other subs... but the plan is that I first do some ARA and then get back to MHS 5.5 G.

I think that focus fire subs (or what was the name of such subs that focus in one major direction..?) are really cool. You can seet the results really quickly, I started playing the sub two days ago and I did only one loop of ARA in the evening and.. I didn't fall asleep at once, but when I got to bed there was a difference, I was way more relaxed, and my body was "heavy" like I just wanted to put my head on the pillow and lie down and slowly dropp off to sleep.... very cool.

Consulted the dermatologist yesterday. She was looking for an external cause and found none. New washing liquid? No. Sunburn? No. Maybe new blanket? hmhm NO!

I then asked her if the rash could be a detox. She looked at me strangely and said that she don't think so....

well, I still have the rash on my back. It's been 2 weeks now. I don't know what the reason is. It looks as though it was healing now, but very slowly, and new pimples are appearing here and there...

I've been taking a brief look at my old posts. It of course was not a detox, I had an anaphylactic shock back then in 2017 and it had absolutely nothing to do with using the subs. It took some time to figure out what happened and why it happened (it was allergic reaction).

I am thrilled to hear that you are no longer depressed!  What role, if any, do you think MHS 5.5G played in that?
