From my experience (feel free to disregard my opinion) there should only be one definite answer. Else you've started thinking about it all, not using your "gut" or intuition.
I actually did think this through, because I had to. 5 loops (the first number that came to my mind) will probably be quite resource and energy draining, and thus I won't be able to work at 100% capacity doing this many loops day after day (quite a bit of workload lately, and unfortunately - not enough sleep. DMSI wakes me up, so nighttime listening is not really an option when I've got to go to work at 7 AM ). Thus, apart from 5 loops, gut says - for added power try 3, or stick to 2, as they are working well enough, but at a rather deliberate pace.
If I have some off time, I would rather do 5 every day, I guess - I'll see after I test it over the weekend.
