What seems to work for me is any times things get tough or I get resistance I increase usage. According to what I read from others on the forum this would probably exhaust most, so I can’t recommend doing what I do. I’m also not a resistant personality type so I don’t get a lot of resistance. I’ve also seemed to execute Shannon’s subs well. But when I don’t I just bombard my subconscious with the script until it yields.
