I am listing to the OGFS sub since the 10th of February. So far I experience this sub as very refreshing and yes I feel in my body and brain there is processing, releasing and transforming.
Like a heavy weight that I carried with me, I feel in some way much lighter.
I bought also Sleep Magic and yesterday when I was very tired I did listen to the Power Nap
and I was back on track :-)
In a few weeks, when it feels right for the brain :-) It is my intention to introduce Ultra Success.
