I forgot to give an update. Basically this morning I woke at different times in the morning and fell back to sleep.
Each time I had a dream. I dont remember the dreams now, but I remembered them each time I woke.
I think I had 3 dreams that im aware of.
Im certain this awareness is and was due to me waking during the dream cycles but its worth noting anyway.
My sleep is ridiculous. I was exhausted, I fell asleep around 3 or 4am and woke today around 4pm, so had about 10-12hrs sleep.
