Time: 11:28pm
Listening to loop right now. (edit: 11.56pm - came back to say, I dont feel sleepy as much now when I listen to the loops, and sometimes its pleasant).
Came on to basically keep an eye on the days so I can verify when to have a break. Break will be Sunday.
I guess since I mentioned it I should change to masked (trickling stream) for the next 30days and see if that changes anything, even though I do think that nothing will improve due to it.
Not fapped - 28days no fapping.
I woke and wasted hours in bed googling about the benefits of no fap. If I can refrain from not fapping and perhaps sex too for 90-120 days (4-3months) then I may get the physical benefits.
Today was horny.
Lose focus alot! I always end up going to the same websites. Its a pattern.
I want to break this pattern, especially as im going to the porn site and dont really watch any porn, I just hit favourite on them to save to my account which is ever growing or I see if pornchat girl is on and has replied. Yup im a little too into her :/ stupid I know.
I have no other report to give. Nothing internal. Sometimes I think maybe some anxiety has reduced but its subjective and not very clear thus not reporting it even though I do wonder.
Procrastination is same for now.
Been researching habits and what I need to do so will say that so far ive started to get my water drunk. I still drink lots of coke zero and tea but from today reached 1 litre of bottled water.
Tomorrow will be 1.5litres hopefully. - As you read from previous posts, 4litres is my minimum and ultimate goal.
I will remain on B, because I dont want to risk moving to track A and feeling or changing anything.
I dont know if anyone reading this can answer this, but since I havent stonewalled this sub, does that mean that from this sub onwards its looking optimistic for me?
I presume since previous subs are older tech than 3.2, then they will remain useless to me. Correct?
