With one loop the processing time is lower due the lower amount of loops/input. When I run a high amount of loops im noticably more fatigued for a while due my brain processing this enormous input. So, it would explain the "no effect". Its almost stealth, while it goes into very deep parts.

The masturbation thing also, as the subconscious/parts of you get terrified they can call a "total fallout" or/and cause a belief "oh it doesnt work" all to get you switch subs or attempting the "stop it all together"

Update

Whilst the cleaner was here I had very little to do so I sat and made a list of my goals that I could think of and remember. I planned to then compare with previous lists incase anything was left out.

The cleaner left but once she did I felt light headed and a little dizzy. I have had headaches from saturday and yesterday (sunday) and took some painkillers and slept. Today im running on 6hours sleep and was fine but unsure what this light headedness was due to.

My landlord is coming in the next 5mins, so for the past hour I made a quick packet noodle meal and was still hungry so ate a chocolate bar well 2 - not good but I craved.

I do feel better but unsure if this is all due to UMOP?

I cant say I am feeling any more productive or different so far though due to the sub.

My opinion:

Light headedness and headaches come from your brain working. Maybe even your brain working against itself (try to execute and resistance). So it's just a matter of time until results go up. Keep going no matter what.

Day 22 - Monday 8th Oct 2018
(Time:1.44pm on 7Oct) - (Cycle 3 - Day4 - Start of 5 Loops)

Slept very late again around 4am - but listened to 5 loops and woke up 6hours later at 11am.

Going to bed late is a way of forcing yourself to either sleep most of the productive time away, or not have enough sleep/energy to be productive.

The goal today was to get to the bank around 9am, obviously that had to change so the new goal was to get to the bank around 11.30am and be back in time for my landlord to come at 1pm with some workmen.

When did you set this goal to get to the bank at 9 am? Why didn't you do what it took to achieve that goal?

Didnt get to the bank. By the time I woke which was quick I needed longer in the bathroom than usual so realised the bank was a no-go today and will go tomorrow with my friend as hes going.

That was predictable. Sabotage your sleep time, so you have a way of preventing the first goal, then sabotage the replacement goal. Then put it off "until tomorrow".

1pm: landlord came and left and the workmen are here.

Overall so far after 4 days there is no change in noticed by me but im hoping that these 5 loops produce something in the next 3months.

I still do wonder what it was in 3.2 that caused me to stop fapping so easily, so effortlessly with only 1 loop and if that can be or has be considered by @Shannon as that is a big clue towards my success with these subs I think.

The clue to your success is getting past whatever it is that drives the resistance and thus procrastination. Which is one or more fears.

Processing time isn't lower, because input time is lower. Processing time is actually higher, since we are using P6 and it runs in your head.

Higher input does require more energy, as it is in input/decode/process/store/execute mode, instead of just process/execute mode. The "no effect" is explained by more instructions being input, which creates more focus on what is feared (or what is perceived to lead to what is feared), and this more fear and more resistance and more stonewalling. At some point, the input exceeds the resistance by causing the cooperative parts to be stronger and more motivated.

Thank you for replying bro, always means alot! I think 1 way I dont do what I intend to do is use "comfort eating" and "comfort TV" as a way to take more priority in the now than the goal of tomorrow.

The bank of 9am was a goal I set earlier but my jetlagged sleep was causing me to stay up late and thus eventually I calculated the 5loops to go to 10.40am and thus 11am became the new goal.

Eventually upon waking and realising that I was approaching noon, it was best I stay home and wait for my landlord as I did.

I am optimistic that with more days on 5 loops it will get through, over or past my fears - whatever they are.

edit: I also just this very moment that I have had another realisation, which is that PORN, girls and FAP have been ways at times that I have used to at times to procrastinate too. I know this is something I have realised in the past but like most things you forget and move on with things but it just came to mind again.

Day 23 - Tuesday 9th Oct 2018
(Time:N/A) - (Cycle 3 - Day5 - Start of 5 Loops)

Yesterday was Tuesday, and I was unable to listen to the sub at all during the night. This was due to many unfortunate situations and events from my landlord not returning back to my apartment at the planned 7pm time but later at 8pm and staying until 10pm, after which my friend landed back here in Europe and came over to both see me as well as return a very important university document that I need in order for me to then register and progress with the current 4th year officially.

He ended up staying very late and after leaving I had to have some food as I hadnt eaten much all day due to all the above and more.

Finally I slept around 3am but had to wake 4hours later at 7am, to then go to the bank 8.30am-9am. I therefore didnt have the needed 5hours 40mins to listen to 5 loops at this time.

I decided I would listen to 5loops as soon as I could with headphones if I needed.

So on Tuesday I was on my feet literally for 6hours. I walked lot and stood alot as I had to run many many errends, pay bills and try to register with the above document. The registration itself was a wasted endeavour at the end of it all as they said come back tomorrow which I will have to do. Everything else however was good.

I saw the potsgirl, as some of you may remember from my DMSI 3.2 journal days and well my friend said she was blushing talking to me. I however cant take it to my head. I like the girl but my DMSI days are for now behind me as I try and focus on UMOP and on actually executing this sub.

Anyway I got home around 3pm, tired aching feet (I had trouble walking), I ordered delivery from a restaurant and ate ate ate. At 7pm I was in bed and I listened to 5loops

I will get 5loops in daily no matter what!!

I woke at midnight and the time is now 4.40am on Wed 10 October. I have pretty much eaten eaten and eaten with some tv shows for company.

I will aim to go to bed soon and listen to the 5loops for 10 Oct and sleep.

I have to be back at uni to register around 1pm, so I will wake probably between 10-11, shower, eat if there is time and then go to uni.

After this I will see where my upcoming lectures and seminars are to be and then probably home.

Overall listening to 5loops seems ok.

The headaches and light headedness I had im sure was due more to the jetlag and the disrupted sleep cycle that I still have, rather than the sub.

Listening to 5 loops so far as felt no different to listening to any sub from what I can recall and there is currently no obvious change in my thinking or behaviour that I can fixate on.

There is nothing else to report im afraid at this stage.

I listen in hope and pray that the models were correct and that with 5 loops of this sub have some effect on me...please!

However, what they show is the current most probable future, which is what happens in about 96% of cases with the exception of when someone responds to a forecast by intentionally acting to change to a different probability line, and thus future, in order to prevent the forecast from coming to pass - which in almost all cases is possible.

Day 24 - Wednesday 10th Oct 2018
(Time: 6.41pm) - (Cycle 3 - Day6 - 5 Loops)

Listened to the 5 loops lastnight and then woke after 6hours to get to uni and register.

Managed to do that, met a new girl, who I felt I got along with whilst we queued and I made her laugh. I have seen her and noticed her before and found her attractive so somehow manage to break the ice and get talking to her. At some point I told her I thought she looked greek, even though she told me she was iranian but then she told me now but my bf is greek. Oh well but yet I felt we got on, but as soon as she registered she went and disappeared so another reason to get onto DMSI once UMOP kicks in lol.

Anyway after registering, I went to mcdonalds with my friend, even though I was tired. Then went barbers, then my friend a really good friend from the year above came over and hes just left (time is now 9.56pm - had to pause this journal entry until he left).

Now I feel I will have to put on hold what I was doing between barber and my friends visit (which was some budgeting and financial planning) and do it tomorrow. For now I should shower and then sleep as need to be up and in uni by 8.30am.

Overall no results as yet.

Update - Time: 10.02pm

I had a dream!!

I totally forgot about this and no idea if its relevant but I had a dream lastnight that I recalled in the morning then forgot all about it until now.

All i now remember is that I was in a football/soccer match, an amateur game we in the UK would call 5-A-Side, where you are 2 teams of 5 playing badly and just having a laugh.

In this game, I saw a guy from my class, from high school. I came across him by searching for him and others some months ago just to see what others where upto on social media.

Anyway I dont recall the ins and outs of the dream except that it was as if he saw me and I said hi and I said hi back but in a nonchalant kind of non-needy way, basically trying to or maintaining a high value frame than him.

I seriously dont know the relevance of this dream but is it UMOP?
