Hey, when you say you've not noticed anything whatsoever, do you also mean you haven't noticed any of the negative sides either? Like exhaustion/tiredness even after sleeping?

Hey thanks for asking/writing. I do get tiredness and exhaustion, but I cannot at all be sure if this is due to the sub or not as im always in and out of tiredness, exhaustion and mental fog too.

Thursday 4 March - Day 1 of cycle 9 - 7/15 Volume
Since friday 5th, to today 9th march ive been unable to listen due to exams and errative sleep as well as up and down moods in motivation and laziness etc

I dont know if this is resistance but I will endeavour to start at volume 7 once again and see how I go soon. I think also reading shannon's response in that there may be little else that can work for me (possibly) made me feel perhaps dejected in a way too.
